    Thats very interesting actually. So they go in blind hoping people dont challenge and dont know anymore than they do. Bluffing the whole way. What an awful business. Will they sell this on now do you think or will it become statue barred? I cant be sure but i think this is the last debt listed. I think two credit agencies only showed this one so hopefully itll all be over!
    Keep an eye on your credit reports every month or so, any " changes" of ownership should show quite quickly but as said earlier the status of a debt being disclosed prior to completing the sale process will put the major players off buying portfolios of duff debts.

    Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

    Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

    If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
