Re: Lowell/Bryan Carter Court Claim Form

        Hi Welcome to LB.

Have you acknowledged the claim? If not do so online keep a careful note of passwords etc. State intention to defend in full.
CPR 31.14 is specific for documents mentioned in the particulars of claim.

Please post a redacted copy of the claim form here and give us some history of the debt.

The date the account was opened?
        The default date?
The date of the last payment or written acknowledgment of the debt.

CCA request £ 1 statutory fee payable, use cheque or postal order endorsed for " Statutory Fee Only" Lowell has 12 +2 Working Days to Comply. Failure to comply within the time limit means the debt is unenforceable until the agreement is provided.

Please clarify " CPR 31.14 to Carter ** along with a copy of the CCA**?

On the credit file it states Acc opened 4/10/2008
Default Date 7/2/2011, however the account no on the court form differs from that on the credit file (is this right?) I have taken a copu of the court claim form but am unable to upload it on here
