Yes he's Lowell's " legal representative" I use the words very loosely!!

I'm just preparing my Directions Questionnaire to send today and I'd like your guidance on 'D3 : Witnesses : How many witnesses, including yourself, will give evidence on your behalf at the hearing?'

Would I need to answer '1' to question D3 if I intended to present this at the hearing (if mediation fails)?

Edit: I answered zero as I assume that any evidence would be provided before the court date, as you mention in your previous post.
