It's good to go, it would be best to lose the bold type items.

[12: I have asked the Claimant if we may agree to extend the time period allowed for filing of my defence pending receipt of documents (as allowed underCPR 15.5), The Parties agreed to an extension to the time period allowed for filing of my defence under CPR 15.5to allow the Claimants additional time to produce the relevant documentation toevidence their claim, however they have failed to do so.]

Shall I leave the above out and just mention
that they have agreed to a 14 day extension ?

E-mail just gone -what happens now ?
Shall I ring them tomorrow to see if received ?
I will not chase up the CCA ,but am I right in thinking I should chase after the CPR ?

Still don't know why this debt doesn't show on CRA as it isn't SB .

Thanks for your time and help, its appreciated .

It may not be statute barred but the default may have been placed 6 years or more ago, all defaulted accounts are removed on the 6th anniversary of the default date paid or not.
Is it he defence you have e-mailed?

If you submitted your defence, you don't have to do anything for now. The court will send it to the other side who have 28 days to respond and say whether they wish to proceed with the claim, if they don't respond the case will be stayed. If they decide to proceed, you will receive a directions questionnaire. After that the court will give directions to both sides, which will include disclosure of documents they intend to rely on (if it goes that far). Until then, you just have to wait.

                        Re: County Court claim

Thankyou - I had an e-mail the other day (from the court) confirming they had received my e-mail defence, am I right in thinking they can't proceed without sending me my requested CCA and CPR .
Is it worth chasing up my request for a CPR ?

Got a letter today from Hoist ,basically just a statement of monies owed .
Should I chase them for my CPR request which they received 2nd March .
                          Still no CCA .

Thanks, really appreciate the help .

                            Re: County Court claim

Until the agreement is provided the debt becomes unenforceable once the 12 + 2 Working Days have expired.
