    Well another 3 month on - debt defaulted 7 years ago now ,SAR to original creditor informed me they had no documents concerning my case.
    If the original creditor doesn't have any docs then surely a DCA couldn't get hold of them ? or am i missing something ?

    Thanks for any advice .

      Well you could apply to strike or summary judgment now - as the claim was issued in 2015 it's not going to go statute barred while the claim is in play - but if you get it struck out it would be.
