Hi guys, some advice would be great please. So basically I submitted my particular of claims and the court then sent a court order to the defendant, asking them to file their defence before the 27th of January. The bearing in my mind the defendant already had an extension on the first date.so the defendant then sends their defence on the 28th January, saying sorry they missed the date but they were poorly.Does anyone know if the judge will accept the defence?
