    Hi, and welcome to LB

Is this a credit card ? Presumably being MBNA. Do you have any specific disputes with the debt ?

You've done the acknowledgement already, so that's great, next step is to get a couple of requests for information sent off to the claimant, to check that a) the debt was valid and is enforceable, and b) that Arrow Global do own the debt and have the right to claim it from you.

    So....

2: Send A CCA REQUEST to the CLAIMANT ( see here )
This applies to all credit cards / loans / hire purchase / store cards type debt. It doesn't apply to Mobile Phones / Utilities or Overdrafts.

3: Send a CPR request to the CLAIMANT'S SOLICITORS ( see here )

This applies to everything unless they happen to have supplied you with a bunch of paperwork to back up their claim (v. unlikely)

Re: Court Claim - ARROW GLOBAL / MBNA - 25-9-2014

Was this always an MBNA card or was it one of the many that MBNA bought from other banks, such as the Abbey, etc.?

Do you recall how you applied for the card? Was it an online application? In branch? Over the phone? Mailout? Advert?

Do you think the date they've quoted (May 2006) is correct?

Hi. This has always been an MBNA credit card. Unfortunately I can not recall for sure how I applied for this credit card.

The date quoted is possibly correct although I am not 100% sure.
