We could do with seeing exactly the defence you entered as it will need to be amended to state the non compliance with the consumer credit act if you don't have that in the defence.

I can't find much info on paypal mastercard, only a prepaid mastercard which I'm guessing isn't it.

I haven't recived any contract aggrement from the solicitors
which defense? on the court papers or
I just wrote, I didn't know anything about this companies, and where the amount is from.

mm okay we might need to amend the defence as that is a little brief but we need to wait now until you hear from the court once it's been allocated. The court may order documents before giving a hearing date so don't worry, nothing can happen until January now really anyway xxx

I have recived "Notice of Allocation to the Small Claim Track (Hearing)"

there is a form to small claims mediation service

should i send it or?

the hearing date in mid april
