    Cases automatically go to allocation/directions, there's been no input from the court on anything yet - you sent your defence, they send it to the claimant and say 'do you want to continue', claimant writes back and says yes please, court posts out directions questionnaire.

    So nothing to worry about at all It is a game of chess really, and in your case DEFINITELY don't make an offer as you genuinely never had this account to start with.

    You could give three a call and ask them to give you some info about this puported account ? if you want to take steps to find out where this has come from.
