      I'd say you are hot to trot with that one

      To a large extent this is just playing games, because solicitors that refuse a CPR request don't then comply when you complain. The purpose here is to compile as much detail as possible about your efforts to get disclosure and their refusal to do so. This can all be detailed in your defence and produced to the court if necessary. Courts take a poor view on anyone that doesn't follow the rules, so this will all help you down the line.

        VICTORY!!! :first:

        Got the attached reply from Arrow, saying "Unfortunately we are unable at this time, to obtain copy documentation from the originating creditor. Therefore this account will not be subject to any form of collection activity until such a time as we can obtain the requested documentation"

        I am so thankful for the advice and help on this forum - it has saved me over £4.5K!!

        Is this it? Do I need to follow up with the Courts and Restons Solicitors to make sure everything is fully closed down?

              I've now recieved a Notice of Discontinuance from Restons. So is that it now, there is nothing else I need to do?
