You can send by email, through moneyclaimonline or attach the defence to the n9b

If email you use the defendants@ccbc etc address and attach the defence printed to PDF to a covering email stating you claim number and both parties, and that it is the defence.

If printing or emailing you need to lay it out thus,

        Hi Amethyst

Thanks will do. Just for clarity:
No 7: Under Civil Procedure Rule 16.5 (4) Where the claim includes a money claim, a defendant shall be taken to require that any allegation relating to the amount of money claimed be proved unless he expressly admits the allegation. Therefore It is expected that the Claimant be required to prove the allegation that the money is owed as claimed.
I assume also needs to be included? When should I send? Tanks again.

Excellent, bit of a wait and see time now, you should hear from the court to say the defendants been sent the Defence and should respond within 28 days whether they wish to proceed or not.
