          Just done a n224 at cc today company called ind took me to court for £3500 loan I took out with welcome Finace

            Or N224 Request for service out of England and Wales through the court ??

              N244 set aside a ccj I was out the country and couldn't get back and I have proof of this and I want to fight my corner as I think IND are making a lot of think up

                    So you are going to have to expand a bit about your case to enable people to help you out - we know it's a ccj received for a welcome finance debt that had been sold to IND, and you didn't get the papers as you were out of the country. But that's about it.

                        We're going to need as much info as you can give to be able to help wih your defence ... Can you tell us everything you can think might be useful??
                        Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

                            I took out the loan in May 2008 for £3500 ppi was added at £1275 welcome finance/IND have now issued proceedings for £10,351.18 including interest was in court on the 15/6/14 but I was out the country so they won I have since got a date for the 8/9/14 to try and get it set aside I need a new defence to put in court before that date the judge did say any ppi I claim back will come off the £10,351 can forward any more info you may need to know cheers wacko

                              Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                              Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                              If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
