  • Hand delivered Order for Production of Statement of Means.

On Friday 30th June i was delivered the above, for a debt of £450.39 to Arrow Global Guernsey Limited.

I think they must have bought the debt as on my Experian report it shows these people but the value is almost half of what they now claim and it says communications as the account type and default date of 30/6/2008.

Any advice as to the best way to respond would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Is it a N61 you have been given ?

Have you not had anything previous to this being delivered ? Court claim? Order? Attachment of Earnings ? anything else relating to this debt?

Also who is the original creditor?
