One day before you're due to file a defence, that's big of them.

If you get to 14/15th come back.

I'd still be calling every couple of days to see about compliance. Send an email with an overview of the call to them to use as evidence later.

On a quick viewing the documents seems fine.

There may be issues with the default notice which could help but as i've not seen it i can't be sure.

I would phone http://www.qualitysolicitors.com/how...le/paul-tilley or http://www.qualitysolicitors.com/how...e/kate-briscoe as a matter of priority. It won't cost you to speak to them and it may help significantly.

You may have harassment claims which i don't know how to deal with but certainly Paul does. Otherwise you may have to settle.

For the Harassment issue you will need to speak with Paul Tilley at Howlett Clarke as M1 indicated earlier. You could try giving him a call today.

I stopped paying both in 2010 when found myself unemployed and in financial trouble. I contacted Lloyds when I defaulted on the loans and went down the route of an offer of £1 a month to hold off till I could get myself back on my feet. Which they accepted, but then the letters and phone calls started from debt collectors ie Credit Security Limited, Moorcroft Debt Recovery Ltd, Robinson Way Ltd, H L Legal, Mackenzie Hall, Apex, iqor, SCM, BLS, Westcot, CSL and more. I was getting 2 to 3 calls a day I told them each time that I am paying the £1 and it was agreed with Llyods but they wouldn't listen and just kept hounding me. I had blokes from 2 of the companies at my door demanding money. So I stopped paying the £1. I have kept a lot of the letters.
Looking at other docs. You are missing the NOA and DN still so could carry on asking for those....though costs is a concern particularly with the larger claim, and they rather too often get away with screen notes that they 'would have been sent'.

Ok those all seem enforceable to me too and you will need to make an admission and offer either through court so the amounts are set by court and you have a CCJ, else negotiate a tomlin order with the claimants, if you can afford a decent amount each month, or a one off settlement. As that's unlikely, it might be best to send in your Income Expenditure, admission and offer to get affordable payments which the claimants can't bugger you about with later as they are set by court. It is also likely they may be asking for a charging order once judgment is handed down. To avoid the CCJ and get acceptance on a tomlin order you COULD offer a voluntary charge over your property.

Sorry that;s not particularly positive, as the amounts are quite high and in fast track and you now have the documents, and the loans are quite recent, you are on a bit of a damage limitation exercise now.

                Just my thoughts.

Ahh ok, trouble with only having one or two good guys, they get far too busy ! I can't recommend anyone else I'm afraid, Stephensons (Andrew Leakey ?) are apparently good at CCA issues but I don't know them personally at all and don't know if harrasment is something they have dealt with previously or if they will do pro bono or CFA.

I have added to my previous post too xx
