Just as a matter of interest as I am in same situation with NatWest and Irwin Mitchell, had Nicky known that the case was stayed due to lack of response from Irwin Mitchell could she have applied for it to be struck out and if so could Irwin Mitchell have made a new Claim?

I would expect a strike out application would encourage a response from IM and I would expect they would get away with the previous lack of response and the case would continue from there. I will have a look at your thread in a short while though
