      Default dates mean little in a defence. Don't forget defaults and default notices are very different animals and in no way related in any way that matters.

        so they do not count into the quality of documents that the claimant provided?

        regards the above defence - do i need to include exhibits of all things mentioned?

          No exhibits yet. The court will, if it gets that far, tell you when.

                  I have complied the defence - as attached? is this fine or any tweaks required? number 6 - i have added the amount as per their letters and not included the interest - what figure should i put here?

                                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
