    Do we know what CAP ONE's default charges were in 2001 ? In 2003 we know they were £20 as per http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...263#post435263 agreement

    Who do you think a local rep will be? A solicitor from my city? Or a drydens junior rep? Surely they can do no more than read out the statement?

    The charges is ghaslty. Noticed where a payment was made, they reversed it then added on charges!! Wowzer! I had no chance it bringing the payments down.


    eta- ohh la la default in 2001! That doesnt make sense but i cant explain it

    I do think the whole thing is underhand, designed to trip me up, they are calling me a liar, they are being quite unreasonable. I do hope the judge can see all of this. Im dreading this.

    My son took pics of all the docs bless him, and emailed the, to me. It only says "drydens ltd. t/a drydenfairfax on the first court issued papers.

    Normal payments list ( pre 2008 ) vs 'invented payments in 2010 - point being the others state payment method etc.

    And yes that form is pretty much the same as they sent me.

    I think lowells waited to see what I was going to say first. Then concocted some evidence to suit it.
