Lots of photos of their signage, a copy of I assume the original parking fine letter sent to an old address I haven't lived there since 2019, which the font is so small I can't read it. This is the first response I've received from them for any information. I haven't checked MCOL yet, I will do that shortly.

Did you receive and reply to the DQ (Directions Questionnaire)?

I can't read the PCN either, so when you write to them tell them it is not legible
You say the PCN (issued Oct 2020) was sent to an address which you hadn't lived in since 2019. Had you informed the DVLA of your change of address?

They really are just digging a bigger hole for themselves

Do I respond via letter to DCB legal as there's nothing on MCOL.
I moved early 2019 and changed my address with the vehicles log book.

If your query concerns your reply to the DQ send to the court by email asap and copy in DCBLegal.

              Reply to DCBLegal's letter by Royal Mail (first class with free certificate of posting from post office}

In your letter rejecting the £60 offer do tell DCBlegal that the documentary "proof" was illegible and the signs were not of the correct period

On the MCOL it states the DQ was sent on the 13/1/26 if it was coming via post I haven't received it. I have an acknowledgement from.the court in December and that's been all I've received until today.

In that case download a copy of the form here (https://assets.publishing.service.go.../N180_1124.pdf) complete and send to court and a copy to DCBLegal

In the meantime email court and tell them you have not received the DQ they sent 13/01, nor have you received a copy of the claimant's DQ.

Just in case you are in doubt, when completing this form you should
                    i) agree to small claims track
ii)answer question D1 "no" as there are questions of fact to be ruled on by the court. (Agreeing to a paper determination puts you at a disadvantage)
iii)Hearing venue is your local court

DCB have called now X3, should I be speaking with them or not.
They say I need to call them back urgently.

I would not speak with them, but email telling them all communications should be in writing (email or snail mail)

I will email them thank you. I'd missed their calls anyway just been listening to their voice mails.

Just an update I had a mediation call today which was unsuccessful they declined my offer and are taking it to court. I have since found proof that I was working on the day of the parking fine. I just want this nonsense from this company to stop.
