    That's what the Order says, 4.00pm, you can email if they've agreed to receive it by email.

      they've corresponded by email with me before and sent me a draft consent order by email, but have not explicitly agreed. I guess I'll have to send it by email and hope it works out, otherwise I will not make the deadline. Another option would be to file an application to have the order varied, but the deadline for that has passed as well, and applying for relief from sanctions is probably expensive

            Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

            Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

            If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
