      Just had another look and it doesn’t refer to anything. Just seems to be a stand alone number at the top of the page

        You need to prepare for Mediation.

        Does their PoC actually state the following?

        'consumer credit act 1973'

          Yes but 1974. I think I’ve posted it up

          not much to prepare for really. I can only offer a token payment which I’ve offered before and they refused.
          you asked me to write to them and offer again which I have done but no reply as of yet

            So mediation unsuccessful. I offered a token payment. They want more a month which I couldn’t afford. What are my next steps.

              You still haven't had a response to your offer, so you should get something through on that.
              You can carry on making 'Without Prejudice' offers.
              You need to await the Courts Order.
