So according to the fca website, Lowell have applied to cancel their fca authorisation. Just wondering if and how this affects their ability to bring court claims?

It won't effect their ability to start proceedings etc.

            Hi
received a letter from courts for mediation.
not really sure of the point of mediation as can only offer a token payment which they have already refused.

            any advice please.
            thanks

Yes, offer the same amount. You don't know, they may say 'yes'.

What you could do is make some Without Prejudice (make sure this is written on the offer letter) offers.

Fill in an income and expenditure form, take into account the cost of living, give yourself a buffer, just in case living costs go up again.

Amend the following to suit your circumstances, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

So I have received the SAR from capital one

there is no sign of a notice of assignment. Plenty of screen printouts which I have no idea what they mean

is it worth fighting them on the basis of the notice of assignment? My other defences seem pretty weak

What's the long number on the credit agreement you uploaded?

                            What date is the mediation?
