    Hi ive just recieved a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track do i have to fill it in?

    Ive also received a letter from Capital one saying they sold the account to Lowell Finance 23/05/2013

    Also got a reply from overdales its mentioning Shop direct which has nothing to do with this claim

        State that you want Mediation, but as per their letter you are still awaiting documentation from the Creditor as per their letter.

            You've got the 'Thank Post', follow that along, you should have paper clip, there should be 'Edit'.

                  You want a Hearing in person.

                  Yes, they shouldn't raise a 'fuss' over you emailing them the DQ.

                  I'll ask admin to remove the attachment, just repost when you've edited it.

                              You can email it to the Court, CHECK to make sure this is the correct email address - ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk

                              In the subject line write Claim Number: XXXXXXX Defendants - Direction Questionnaire - XXXXXXXXX v XXXXXXXXX

                              Remember to email their solicitors a copy.
