Though the judge did recognise the huge flaws in the evidence and was requesting proof of the deeds of asset transfer as there isn’t any reference of my account on them, they are all generic and spaces blacked out with black blocks.

Just been asked by the judge to vacate the room so he can come to a verdict. He’s calling us back in once ready.
    O.K.

      Sad news
Judge didn’t see my defence but saw that the claimant has provided everything, he recognises it’s late and has some discrepancies but it is sufficient enough for him to force judgement on me.
he offered me 14 days but I said I don’t have access to this volume of monies.

He then asked the solicitor the total fees which totalled it to an additional £900 ish, is this fees I now have to also cover I’m guessing?

That's not great, very disappointing. By the sounds of it, the Judge wasn't great.

To request to pay a court order in installments, you need to fill out form N245 and send it to the
court with an income and expenditure form. Email the Creditors solicitor ask for a breakdown of their
costs - £900. Take into account the cost of living, only what you can afford each month, if that's £5,
        each month, so be it.

              • The N24 general form of judgement or order states that it sum must be paid on by the 26 November.
does this mean I have to get the n245 in before this date?
can I send this via email or does it have to be via mail form?
if email I’m guessing I can send it to the same email I sent my defence letter to?

Email / send it to the County Court where you had the Hearing.
