O.K.
Judge didn’t see my defence but saw that the claimant has provided everything, he recognises it’s late and has some discrepancies but it is sufficient enough for him to force judgement on me.
he offered me 14 days but I said I don’t have access to this volume of monies.
He then asked the solicitor the total fees which totalled it to an additional £900 ish, is this fees I now have to also cover I’m guessing?Last edited by Demo8; 12th November 2025, 17:05:PM.

That's not great, very disappointing. By the sounds of it, the Judge wasn't great.Originally posted by Demo8 View Post

To request to pay a court order in installments, you need to fill out form N245 and send it to the
court with an income and expenditure form. Email the Creditors solicitor ask for a breakdown of their
costs - £900. Take into account the cost of living, only what you can afford each month, if that's £5,
each month, so be it.

The N24 general form of judgement or order states that it sum must be paid on by the 26 November.
does this mean I have to get the n245 in before this date?
can I send this via email or does it have to be via mail form?
if email I’m guessing I can send it to the same email I sent my defence letter to?
