      Hi VPEAT

      Welcome to LB

      Try not to worry.

      a) Send Overdales a CCA Request, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

      b) Send Lowells a SAR request, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

See what documents they send back, check if they've complied with the CCA 1974 Act. Once you've checked you can decide what to do next.

      c) In the meantime fill in a Income and Expenditure form, make sure you take account of the cost of living i.e. energy, food etc, if you are left with £1 to pay Lowell's each month, so be it. At least you are planning ahead.
