  • CNBC received and wish to object/dispute

I have received a CNBC court letter over a parking fine at my local sports centre in 2019. Through multiple letters prior to this i have made it clear that after 20 years as a member it was an oversight and the sports centre are happy to support me and waive it. These were ignored. I see i am able to object/dispute - if this is rejected will anything be added to the costs or who then decides the outcome? I cannot find any decent guidance and do not want a ccj against me. Many thanks for any help or guidance.

Is this court letter in fact a Claim Form? If so, you must file your acknowledgement of service with 14 days of the date you received it, and your written defence within 14 days after that.

Our parking gurus will be along soon to deal with the rest.
