I can't read it, except that it says 'Pre-Contract Credit Information', so that's before you've accepted the terms they have proposed. There will no doubt be Terms and Conditions they sent after you accepted the Terms.Originally posted by C82 View Post

Again, I can't read the documents, one is for the Loan, check if all the correct Prescribed Terms and Conditions are on the document.

They have to be clear, so you can read them, as it stands they are 'illegible', you could write back and thank them for sending the requested documentation, but the documents sent are 'illegible'.Originally posted by C82 View PostIf by prescribed terms you mean the total, duration, amount of payments, etc.. then they are on the Pre-Contract, Fixed Sum Loan Agreement, and Written Adequate Explanation.
The documents are copies, and are not easy to read.
Also as stated above, the Pre-Contract document is just that, information before you agreed to a contract for your consideration.

For the Credit Card, I don't believe so, it tells you exactly what that document is at the top. Have they sent any other documents regarding the Credit Card.Originally posted by C82 View PostSo the document they need is not there?
Also don't forget to go through the other documents they sent you, letter of assignment etc.

If you are saying that the agreement is 'illegible', that means you can't read the documents they have sent, so you don't know if they are compliant.Originally posted by C82 View PostIMG_0362.jpeg So what ‘they’ need is not in these documents? I am a bit lost I do apologise.
You need to convey that to them. This has been explained previously in previous posts.
