Again, I can't read the documents, one is for the Loan, check if all the correct Prescribed Terms and Conditions are on the document.

If by prescribed terms you mean the total, duration, amount of payments, etc.. then they are on the Pre-Contract, Fixed Sum Loan Agreement, and Written Adequate Explanation.

The documents are copies, and are not easy to read.

They have to be clear, so you can read them, as it stands they are 'illegible', you could write back and thank them for sending the requested documentation, but the documents sent are 'illegible'.

Also as stated above, the Pre-Contract document is just that, information before you agreed to a contract for your consideration.

For the Credit Card, I don't believe so, it tells you exactly what that document is at the top. Have they sent any other documents regarding the Credit Card.

Also don't forget to go through the other documents they sent you, letter of assignment etc.

It was a personal loan not a credit card. I never defaulted on a credit card as it happens.

O.K. write back stating the documents are illegible, also have they 'varied' the APR?

If you are saying that the agreement is 'illegible', that means you can't read the documents they have sent, so you don't know if they are compliant.

You need to convey that to them. This has been explained previously in previous posts.
