It can take time, the Courts are busy, backlogged. Because we send something today, we perceive they will look at it as soon as they receive it, that's not the case, it could take a matter of weeks depending how busy the Court is. So a case of 'sitting tight'.

i’ve still not had anything from the court about the mediation ? just the letter from the solicitors ? how long do i give it , before i chase it ?
