Ok thank you. In that case should my only request be the contract as there isn’t really anything else listed in the particulars?

      What about the PCN?

You want as much as you can as the SAR will take 30 days.

I have received an acknowledgment letter to my request. What if I do not get any correspondence in the time frame? Do I need to do anything on the portal thing?

I have received a letter from DCB legal now with various pictures of said vehicle on the inside and outside of the car. They have also included copies of the UKPC notice to keeper letter and final reminder with a tiny image of a sign. What do I do now?

So they have failed to deliver the Notice to Keeper within the relevant period of 14 days and cannot transfer liability from the unknown driver to the keeper

They have also used Prohibiting signs, the signs say " No UnAuthorised Parking" and are not making an offer of a contract to park for those not authorised. To claim that a contract was offered when it is specifically forbidden is perverse. Without a contract there can be no breach and no charge. The proper claimant is the land owner for trespass

                    Thank you Ostell.

So with that being my defence, will I be contacted again to state those reasons? I am not really sure where to go from here it seems a little unclear from what I have received?

My mistake, I have logged back into money claim online and there is an option to state my defence. This is where I have written what you have advised.
Am I liable to pay the £50 fee?

Also, there is a second section 'What are your reasons for making the counterclaim?' - shall I just copy the same as what you have advised again into this section?

Sorry for all the question I just do not want to do the wrong thing.

I sent the SAR to DCBL as on the court notice stated to send anything to their address.

They have included photos of car, PCN, Notice to keeper, signage and aerial view of said parking area.

Yea as I thought I may run out of time with the SAR potentially taking 30 days to come back. Was I wrong to do this?
