I have received a Claim Form from Euro Parking, however I was not driving the vehicle on the dates they specified and I submitted my defence to say I was not responsible/driving the vehicle, but they have now requested mediation. I have not told them who was driving, am I obliged to do so? I could really do with some advice please on what I should do next.

No, you are not obliged to tell them who was driving and as long as you can prove you weren't they are on a hiding to nothing.

No, if you are the keeper of the vehicle then if they have complied with the requirements of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 they can transfer liability from the unknown driver to the keeper.

You don't have to tell them who was driving. Anyway it is too late as they can continue the claim against you.

Although you have submitted your defence and its little late can you post up a redacted copy of the PCN you first received but leave dates
