        Hello, on Thursday it will be 14 days since I sent letters. What do I do if I don't have a reply by then from hoist finance? I know barclays have 1 month to reply.

          I still haven't received any correspondence from hoist finance. I need to write my defence also. Please get in contact as soon as you can. Thankyou

              As I read it you requested CCA1974 - they have failed to supply up to present time, also DSAR request our standing., you acknowledged claim, did you send to solicitors:- CPR31.14?? CPR 31.14 Request no charge get proof posting BUT only required documents mentioned on the claim form.


              check deadlines for submissions of defence usually MCOL basic defence 2-3 days before on line,
              Example Defence

              your defence:- amend example above and state on such a date CCA1974 request was made to xxxxxx no response received.
              on such a date??? CPR31.14 was made to solicitors to date no response. keep copy of all on file. get proof of posting.

              update defence should you receive the requested documents. look around this site to see how others have dealt with them?

                as far as DSAR request that is for your own use only so do not mention at this moment in time.
