    Hi all
    I have acknowledged the claim, I am about to write to the Solicitor, I will be asking for details of last payment on the account, as i think its over 6 years.
    I know I can submit a few forms asking them to prove the account and agreement, what do I need to send ?

    CPR 31.14 Request

    ask for only what is mentioned on the court form for now, ask anything else is irrelevant at this stage. what is the debt? no info given from you???

    CCA Request

    if credit card or loan use send £1,00 postal order keep copies of everything you send/received recorded delivery keep copies as stated

    Subject Access Request Letter.no charge send recorded delivery to originator that should show all you want to know incl last payment, (they have 30 days to respond)



    need more details of this alledged debt so give info here then peeps can advise etc etc

      Hi. It's a store card. I don't really remember it I was with payplan so thought anything would have been taken care of.
      i have seen them a letter along for payment details, and the original credit form.
