Particulars of Claim
Repayment of loan for which Defendant has failed to make the agreed payments. A loan of £2,600.46 was issued on 29/03/2018 for the consolodation of debts with monthly repayments £109.00. The repayments stopped and promised repayment proposals have not been forthcoming. The amount outstanding to date is £2,115.37. The interest is now frozen.
Hi all, above is a Claim Form that I have received from the County Court Business Centre, St Katherine’s House, dated 8th Sept 20. I have acknowledged the claim using the money online site yesterday.
I have used LegalBeagles 3 times over the past couple of year’s to defend myself against CCJ claims but never where a Credit Union has been involved. How do I go about a defence, I take it this is different to the usual defence?
Also do I need to request the usual information from the Credit Union or is this different again as I’m dealing with a Credit Union and not Solicitors?
Regards
Micky
