Received a letter from county court regarding an unpaid private parking ticket from May 2017. I never paid the ticket as it was a private parking and assumed they would never follow up. I was wondering if I could get any advice on whether I have grounds to defend the claim as they are now asking for £235. I still have some of the letters they sent me from a couple years ago. Any help and advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

If it's a claim form then after day 5 acknowledge using the details and password on the form, nothing in the defence. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to get your defence to the court.
SAR to the parking company, letter to the solicitor requesting copies of all the documents they intend to use in court, as expected by the courts, in order to narrow the issues between you. You expect this by return and in any case within 7 days..
Post up a redacted copy of the original NTK, suitably redacted.
