  • CCA for 2 debts lowell

    Hi

Ive got a claim letter in from the courts, the creditor is Lowell and they are also the solicitor. The debt is 2 catalogues together and im now ready to sort out the cca paperwork, do I request a cca per catalogue or treat it as one as lowell has combined them?
    Thanks

You request copes of both agreements.

Also, send the solicitor a CPR 31.14 Request enclosing a copy of the CCA and asking for copies of any other documents they mentions on the form e.g. default notices and/or notices of assignment given to the defendant.

    Were the catalogues Shop Direct?

Its for gratton and jd williams.
I will put both with account numbers on the cca and cpr both agreements.*
Do I send £1 per agreement/catalogue* or is it £1 total.
      Thanks
