Re filing on line, I am not around to file on line for next Thursday so I need to send the doc registered post Wednesday 21.

Also I have never received a letter from Sainsbury's or Blair Oliver and Scott, and Cohens have not responded to any correspondance I have sent them

Hi Curlyben, just checked my credit report as Experian are doing a freebie offer.

There is no mention of a default from Sainsbury's on my record. Thought that might be useful information

No worries there.
So defence is due Thursday, so I think we should send it Tuesday guaranteed next day, to be sure it arrives.
CL are known for moving for default judgements as soon as they can, so we wont give them any excuses on that score.
We'll see what arrives in the post monday and tuesday then we'll get the defence done.

Just wondering will you have a defence done in draft form today so that I am ready to send it out tomorrow on the basis of no response from CL/HC.

I know you are doing me a favour so I appreciate you are working for me for nothing, and I don't want to put any pressure on you, but if it stops snowing I have a busy days driving lessons tomorrow, so I would like to be as prepared as I can be.
