Lowell Portfolio not complied with CCA request, now seeking mediation

    Hmmm not ideal to be honest. Did they ask for a proof of postage at least? In the 'old days' Lowell seemed to disregard CCA's not sent recorded delivery. I'd re-send personally just in case (unless they did get a proof of postage.)
    "Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

      Final update. We had an email from the court setting out all of the conditions for the telephone hearing and I submitted our paperwork before the deadline (the court ordered that copies of all paperwork were to be sent to the court AND to Lowell, who in turn had to send their paperwork to us by the same deadline). Lowell didn't send us anything. I received a reply from the court saying that Lowell have discontinued their claim.
