      Nah something tells me that not a good idea. I guess another set aside N244 coming up. I’m angry that court admin has messed up and I’m paying the price.

          Today I have printed out last April’s defence and paperwork in support of sorting this out.

          in December a judgement was done in absence, with the words failed to submit defence. Contacted court said defence had arrived on time but due to Pandemic Covid 19. People working from home, etc etc, this information had not been passed to the circuit judge...


          any advice before I stick down the envelope

          Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

          Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

          If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
