Do I keep emailing them, I only got court manager today because I was emotional. Is there anything specific I need to write

Well I have enough evidence, I’ve got the three confirmed emails stating my email was received before 4pm 16042020. So I’ll just sit and wait.

Well at the end of this they’ll have to send me a form because I have 5.44 per month. I can’t go bankrupt. Tried. So that’ll be next on the agenda if I don’t get my discontinuance

Ask for confirmation of that in writing from the court.

                            Today’s return email Good morning,

Your below email (and others received recently0 have been referred to a District Judge for consideration. The judge has made the following comments:

“If you wish to apply to set aside a judgment you need to issue an application to set aside the judgment supported by the relevant statement and paying the requisite fee. The application will then be listed for hearing.”

                            Regards,

                            (DSO)

This is unfair I’ve now got to set aside. How do I get the right forms I cannot print out and they refuse emails
