Hi Amethyst*and MIKE770** I still haven't received anything from them. Is that normal to wait so long ? I have sent the mediation letter on 26th of November. Should I be worried ?
    Thanks
    Many Thanks

Both sides have submitted directions questionnaires so the case should be being transferred to your local court and they will contact you regarding the next steps ( usually directions to exchange documents and witness statements before a hearing )

If you are concerned you've heard nothing ( it's been 2 months since returning the dq) it might be worth calling Northampton ccbc and checking the status of the case ( could just be a back log or could be Lowell never submitted their dq )

Hi Amethyst*I have called the court the told me they are not sure why their team hasn't sent me anything. Now I receive this which I guess is a letter(attached below)* that there will be a court hearing. However, how can I defend myself in court when I have no idea what they want from me. As instructed above I requested the*CPR 31.14 from Lowell they have not responded. The have never sent me any letters in the past the first time I heard regarding this matter was when I received a letter from County Court Business Centre 3rd of October. Please could you advise what is the wise thing to do in this situation. Thank you
          Many Thanks

Ok that's fine - completely normal and just a case of waiting for the court to send you directions - As they have only just transferred it it's likely to be another 6 to 8 weeks before you hear anything.

Did you send a subject access request to Three and EE? If not that still might be worth doing being as Lowell aren't sending anything.

Amethyst*Thank you! I tried contacting both of them back in October when you first suggested for me to do so. However, due to data protection the cannot provide this information to me if I don't pass their security check. I gave them my name, all addresses where I lived previously (parents, university, and my own apartment) none of them matched. I haven't lived anywhere else. So they could not provide this to me. *
              Many Thanks

I guess that's what would be expected as they weren't your accounts - if we get as far as witness statements we'll include that info in there xx It would be good if you could get them to confirm to you in writing they hold no information about you - unlikely they'll do that but can't hurt to ask - kind of blows the case out the water. I suspect Lowell know they've got the wrong person already which is why you've heard nothing from them.*

Amethyst and MIKE770 I hope you're well during these crazy times. Just wanted to update you on the Lowell Solicitors. I received an email from them about 2 weeks ago saying that they will reduce the claim to £300 as a gesture of goodwill. However, since I could not get Subject Access Request from the phone companies and they did not respond to my CPR letter. I decided that I will not respond to their email and go to court since I have no idea who they are or what they want. Today, 2 weeks later I received a Notice of disclosure letter saying that they discontinue all of this claim. To this day I honestly have no idea what all this was about. But, the news is good that I don't have to deal with them anymore. So thank you all who assisted me in this matter. If there's anything I can do to help or return the favor please let me know I would be more than happy to.

                  I attached the letters below.

                  Best Wishes ,

                  Alex
                  Many Thanks
