          I also like the wording again.. " please do not hesitate contact us". These letters must be left to the trainess or something.

            Now they have somehow got.my number and are calling me. i just refused to do their " security checks for verification" and said if they have my details then i will only discuss matters via post.

                    Words cannot describe my thanks for every single person in this thread and my heart felt gratitude from what can be a stressful time when you do not have any understanding of law processes etc.


                    The assistance i have been given from all especially from Amethyst* even taking her own time to write a defense for me was amazing and im very humbled.

                    But the good news is today i recieved a letter from Lowells and as per suspicions above the claim has been DISCONTINUED!!!!!
                    I have just sorted my credit out after been silly when i was young as this last blip was destined to ruin all my hard work but you guys saved me and now im set to prosper.

                    If there is anyway i can pay you guys back please let me know and if anyone reading this thread is been assisted on this forum these guys really take their time so respect them, listen to the sound advise offered and these wonderful people will do the best to help win against alot of these crummy companies like Lowells.
