  • Moneybarn consent order

Ok, so I didn’t keep up with my payments but have £2680 in arrears and £8834 total outstanding.

Agreed to a consent order so paid 25% of the arrears and agreed to pay remaining balance over next 9 months.

Just received paperwork today and I didn’t realise it would result in a CCJ?! Is this correct. Agree to pay balance over next 9 months to keep car but still receive a ccj?

Please can someone confirm? Thanks in advance.

Do you have a copy of the consent order you agreed ?

        Hi,

this is what i have signed (attached) removed person info.

For info, i have paid more than 2/3 of the agreement.

I havent got the paperwork with me that came in the post from what i thought is a ccj.

Can anyone clarify based on the attachment whether i will get a CCJ even though we have agreed a consent order?

        Thanks,
