  • General Form of Judgement or Order

    Hi there
I'm new here and thought id give it a go to try and get some advice. I think I understand it but always good to get a 2nd thought.
I've received a 'General Form of Judgement or Order' for a parking charge ticket I have defended.
Obviously me being the defendant I'm a little confused receieving this order as it seems to be addressed (well I think it does) to the claimant (a vehicle control /debt recovery type company).
Its asking the claimant to send the 'directions questionnaire' to the county court business centre within 7 days or it'll be struck out of court.
Is this normal practice to send this to the defendant (me) also or am I being quote stupid and it's actually meant for me?
Any 2nd thoughts would be appreciated
    thank you

Normally a directions questionnaire is sent to both parties, and both parties need to complete it and return it to the court… Have you returned the directions questionnaire already?

The letter that comes with it can be a bit confusing so if you're not sure take a picture, scrub out your personal details and post it on here.

Possibly. But maybe check with court on Monday that they received it and that this letter isn't meant for you.
