Defence letter help county court for parking charge notice
Hi would like to get some help with a defence letter for a county court form for a parking charge notice I have received of VCS any help would be appreciated

What has happened in between you receiving the notice and receiving a court claim?
What are the particulars of claim ?

All he has is the Claim form, ive given pointers in the right direction, seems defendable as they appear to be using POFA to go after the keeper.
No letter of claim, no notice to keeper, nothing pleaded either, plus its permit only so the doctrine of impossibility of performance could apply too, or in the alternative its trespasser so no claimI work for Roach Pittis Solicitors.
