    just one more thing when they contacted me the other day that wont affect the statue barred ?

      I've done some research and I was paying lowell portfolio-1 1 pound a week back in 2014 I stopped paying on the 1st sep 2014 I'm stinging this is the same company so it's not statute barred ?

      I'm really struggling now what should I do ?

        Ok, so not SB.

        If it were me I'd wait to see what turns up from tthe SAR & CCA requests.

        They might mess up there.

        Once you have some vrifiable evidence you can then assess your legal position.

        Can you remember (approx) when you started the agreement?
