I recieved a claim form from county court business centre regarding a parking charge from ParkingEye Ltd. Is this a CCJ? When i first recieved the parking notice i googled it and the main replies were to ignore it as it wasnt council so it would cost the company more money to keep chasing me for it. Just wanted to know what to do from here?

If you have just received the claim form you can either admit and offer to pay ( if you pay in full you won't have a ccj) or defend the case.
