  • My Counter claim amount incorrect

Hi I had a claim against me and I completed the defence online via MCOL and also filed a counter claim and paid fee. I'd asked for costs from a.n.other (solicitor) to establish the counter claim amount but this information wasn't forthcoming. I've had to put the counter claim amount in due to time constraints but after the date passed I was sent the information. My counter claim amount is therefore incorrect and approximately £1800 out. Can I go back to MCOL/Northampton and explain to get this amended or is there a special court form I have to fill in. Also I couldn't upload an A4 defence to MCOL (asides from the content you can type) can I submit this separately to the allocated court. The date for allocation (questionnaire) has only just passed. Have emailed local court but without response. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Regards

Hi my counter claim was/is for ongoing service costs as a result of negligence (delays) and costs of reinstatement in relation to a property, again due to negligence and duty of care.
