This was actioned and you received a copy of the notice of discontinuance on the 20th Sept.

However on the 19th you'd called BW Legal and agreed to settle the case for £100 due to your concerns about submitting witness statements on time and not being able to get time off to attend the hearing.

Despite having already sent the notice of discontinuance out ( what date was on the NoD?) BW accepted your payment.

After some argument BW have refunded you that £100.

    Is that correct ?
I paid £100 to BW legal thinking it was the fee for not attending court and to avoid extra charges. However I later found out that the payment was not neccessary, at the time i didnt book the time off work cause i started a new job but l was allowed to attend the court hearing, but then I found out that the case a had been discontinued.

The deadlie BW legal gave for the settlement was 16th and they sent a discountuence on the 18th when I didnt respond to them on the 16th. Britanna parking were unaware that they were still pursuing me and BW didnt nofity them about the £100 as clearly they attempted to keep it for themselves.
