    I haven’t responded yet but will this week with the dispute. They seem to have suddenly woken up after nearly three months of hearing nothing. I knew it was too good to last!

      Well, I responded with a letter stating that I disputed the alleged debt on the grounds that Intrum had not fulfilled their obligations under s78 of the CCA by supplying incomplete and in places illegible photocopies. Today I received:

      ”We can confirm we have referred to the original creditor for further documentation/information and your account will remain on hold until we receive a response. Please note that this may take a number of weeks”.

      I guess it all depends on the OC coming up with more documentation now?
